honest GO or NO-GO

Most ideas don't die because they were bad. They die because nobody checked before months of evenings went into them.

01THE TRUTH

Most ideas don't die because they were bad.

You built it and nobody came
Months of evenings, then a launch to silence. The product was fine. Nobody had asked the buyer.
Everyone said it was a great idea
Friends, colleagues, your partner. Compliments cost nothing and prove nothing. None of them paid.
You can't say who would buy it
"Small businesses." "People like me." An idea without a specific buyer is a wish.
You can't gamble the salary on a guess
The mortgage doesn't pause for a pivot. You need to know before you commit your evenings, not after.

It was never the idea. It was building it before anyone said they'd pay.

02THE OTHER SIDE

What changes when you know.

→ You stop guessing and start holding evidence.
→ You can name your buyer — not a segment, a person.
→ You have a price that came from their pain, not your fear.
→ You have your first commitments before a line is built.
→ Your evenings go into something people already want.
→ And if the answer is no, you find out in weeks — not after a year.
03LET'S BE HONEST

"Just build it and see" is expensive advice.

It's everywhere: ship fast, see what sticks. For someone with a few hours a week and a salary to protect, it is the most expensive way to find out. Validating first costs weeks. Building first can cost a year.

✕ What building first produces
✕ A product nobody asked for.
✕ Compliments mistaken for demand.
✕ A price picked out of fear.
✕ A launch to silence.
✕ A year of evenings, gone.
✓ What validating first produces
✓ Real conversations with the people who would pay.
✓ Evidence, scored — not hope.
✓ A price the buyer's pain supports.
✓ Commitments before a line is built.
✓ A GO or NO-GO you can defend.

04
The Math

WHY THIS COURSE
I was 45. I'd lost €250,000.

That venture needed a co-founder, money and quitting first — everything this site tells you that you don't need.

Then I built roughly €2M of software on my own with AI, for about €3,250 in tools, over twelve months.

Building turned out to be the part AI can now do. Knowing what to build, and who will pay for it, is the part it can't. That is what this course teaches.

07INCLUDEDEVERYTHING YOU NEED TO VALIDATE AN IDEA
10 modules, 60 lessons
From the first question to the GO / NO-GO, in order.
The Idea Canvas
Five boxes and the gate at the end — the course fills it with you, box by box.
The interview system
Where to find twenty buyers, the message, the call guide and the follow-ups that dig.
The Evidence Scorecard
Score every conversation the same way, and know when to stop.
The teardown and review-mining sheets
Find the gap your competitors' own customers point to.
The one-page math sheet
Worth, cost to win, cost to serve — every input labelled evidence or assumption.
The price worksheet and script
Set the price from the pain, then say it out loud and read the reaction.
The pre-sell kit
The commitment ladder, the offer page, the messages, and holding the money honestly.
Every prompt, with how to judge it
Each exercise done with AI — the exact prompt, and what good and bad answers look like.

Months building the wrong thing, or a few weeks finding out. Same idea. Different order.

08WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Read this before you enroll.

✕ People who've already decided and want permission to build. This course may tell you no.
✕ People looking for a market report. You'll talk to real buyers — that's the work.
✕ People without an idea or a field they know. The method runs on your expertise.

If you're still here, you're exactly who this is for.

ENROLL

Don't build it until someone
pays for it.

You don't finish this course with notes. You finish with a filled Idea Canvas, real evidence from real buyers, a price, your first commitments — and an honest answer. Your idea. Your evidence. Found by you, while you're still employed.

→AFTER THE COURSE

You'll have a GO. Then comes the building.

Validation tells you what to build and who pays for it. Building it with AI is the next pillar — U · User-focused MVP — and that is what the AI Course teaches.

→ You arrive with a filled Idea Canvas, so you build the one loop people already said they'd pay for.
→ You direct the AI. It builds.
→ Your product, live — built while you're still employed.
?OBJECTION HANDLING · THE REAL OBJECTIONS
The questions you're already asking. Answered straight.
01I don't have time for all those conversations.+
Twenty half-hour conversations is about ten hours — a couple of weeks of the time you have. Building the wrong product can cost a year of it. The course shows you how to fit the calls around a day job.
02Can't AI just tell me if my idea is good?+
AI can research the market, prepare your questions and summarise what you heard. It cannot tell you whether a real buyer will pay. Only the buyer can. The course uses AI for everything except the part it can't do.
03What if my employer finds out?+
Validation happens on your own time, with your own accounts and devices, and never with your employer's data or contacts. The course is explicit about the walls. Check your contract.
04What if the answer is no?+
Then the course did its job — in weeks instead of a year. A NO keeps everything you learned about the buyer, and often points to the idea next door that does work.
05How is this different from the Solo Builder Kit?+
The kit gives you the steps for the Idea Canvas. This course teaches the reasoning behind each step and goes further: reading evidence, the pre-sell, and validating while employed. They work together; neither needs the other.
